All packages will be shipped within 2 business days of the order date.  Packages will be shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.  Please allow an extra 5 days for processing of custom embroidered items or custom crystal t-shirts.  In the event of a return, please contact Spiritwear USA directly by email or phone info@spiritwearusa.com / 1-800-928-1461

Please note that expedited shipping such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air does not eliminate the 5 days for processing custom embroidered and custom crystal orders.  The expedited shipping is applied once the order is complete.  Please call us directly with any questions at 1-800-928-1461.  Thank you.

You must choose either International Express Mail or International Express.  
For International Express Mail (3-5 business days) and International Express orders (1-3 business days) shipping & handling charges are included. RETURN POLICY
We will be gladly exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Spiritwear USA  within 30 days of the delivery date in unworn and perfect condition. Please note that the following are not returnable or exchangeable: all custom embroidered items, custom crystal t-shirts, undergarments, and Swarovski crystals. Unopened Swarovski crystals may be returned with SpiritwearUSA approval.  Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping of exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer.  Please call our customer support line with any questions at 800-928-1461.
